Reflection on Quarter 1
Reflection on Quarter 1
a. In the first quarter, I discovered new study methods that really helped me retain information better. Engaging with classmates and discussing material made a big difference, and I also learned how important time management is for balancing school and activities.. I realized how important it is to set achievable goals and prioritize tasks. b. I faced challenges, especially with managing multiple deadlines, particularly with balancing schoolwork and personal life. Which often left me feeling stressed. Some subjects were tough to grasp, and I struggled to keep up at times, which made me doubt my abilities. I often doubted my contributions in group projects, which added to my stress. These challenges pushed me to think about how I could cope better.
c. To tackle these challenges, I started using a planner to prioritize my tasks, breaking down projects into smaller steps. I also reached out to classmates and teachers for help when I was stuck, which turned out to be really useful to me. I even started practicing mindfulness techniques, like taking short breaks to breathe and clear my mind, eating with my family, going out with friends, going out to be with nature, which helped me stay focused during stressful times.
d. Moving forward, I’ll keep trying and trying to improve my time management skills and set specific weekly goals to stay on track. I also want to make self-care a priority to handle stress better and maintain a healthy balance between my studies and personal life.
