Ayusan Norte, Vigan City (Ayusan Norte Brgy Hall) As I reflect on our Community-Based Research project, I am reminded of the countless hours, sleepless nights, and moments of frustration that our group endured. However, despite the challenges, our team's collective effort, dedication, and passion for learning made the experience truly unforgettable. From the onset, our group was determined to produce a high-quality research paper that would not only meet the academic requirements but also contribute meaningfully to the existing body of knowledge.   As I Stand at the Threshold of a New Year The dawn of a new year brings with it an unparalleled sense of hope and renewal. It is a time when the slate is wiped clean, and we are given a fresh canvas to paint the story of our lives. For me, this year is not just about making resolutions, but about embracing a new chapter of growth, self-discovery, and transformation. My mantra for this year is simple yet profound: "New year, new me." One of the most significant lessons I have learned in recent years is the importance of setting clear goals. All too often, we drift through life without a clear sense of direction, allowing circumstances to dictate our path. This year, I am committed to defining what I want to achieve and creating a roadmap to make it happen. Whether it is improving my physical health, enhancing my mental well-being, or pursuing new passions, I am determined to make intentional decisions that align with my values and aspirations. Another critical aspect of my p...
