REFLECTION

Blog Post 5: "Third Quarter Reflection: Lessons Learned and Challenges Overcome"

As we reach the end of the third quarter, it's time to reflect on the chaotically beautiful journey so far. Here are some of the key takeaways and lessons I have conquered so far, join me as I delve into writing my journey.

*What are the learning/discoveries that I have gained?*

For me, this quarter has been a steep learning curve, but some of the most significant discoveries I I have gained had a big impact on my daily life of existence.

These are some of it:

•The importance of time management and prioritization in achieving goals.

•The value of seeking feedback and constructive criticism from others.

•The need to be adaptable and flexible in the face of uncertainty.

*What are the problems/challenges that I have encountered?*

Of course, no journey  ha its own challenges. Challenges are meant to serve as a guide and way to become more resilient through facing the journey of living. Some of the obstacles I've faced become one of my strength and guides in life.

And as a student, these are the typical challenges I had encountered and faced that is also common to fellow students:

•Procrastination and difficulty in staying motivated.

•Self-doubt and imposter syndrome.

•Balancing multiple responsibilities and commitments.

*How did I address these challenges?*

To overcome these challenges, I've employed several strategies:

•Breaking down large tasks into smaller, manageable chunks.

•Seeking support and guidance from mentors and peers.

•Practicing self-compassion and acknowledging that it's okay to make mistakes.

*Moving on, I will….*

As we enter the final stretch of the year, I'm committed to:

•Continue to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.

•Build on the progress I've made so far and pushing myself to new heights.

•Stay focused, motivated, and true to my goals and values.
